This is a B&B accomodation, we provide continental breakfast only, if you would like to eat your own food you can use the communal kitchen, it has a microwave, fridge, washbasin and cupboards. Wash what you use and recycle in the correct bins.

We do NOT provide reception 24 h, however each room will have the key of the room and of the main entrance for you convenience. The owners will be available by cellphone during day time in case of need.

 

- Check in is after 3pm.

- Latest check in time is 8pm.

- Please advise on arrival time for check in.

- Check out is until 11am.

- All rooms have linens and towels.

- Pets are not allowed.

- All rooms are non smoking rooms. You can smoke outside using ashtrays provided.

- No extra beds are allowed in the rooms.

- Maximun 2 guests are allowed per room.

- The communal kitchen and dining/living room areas are to be left exactly as you find them, spotless.

- This is an environmentally friendly home. Please Reduce, Re-use, Recycle. 

- During your stay, common areas are cleaned daily, however please use commonsense and leave the place clean and tidy. For stays longer then 3 days, we provide a cleaning of your room every 2 days and change of linens and towels after 7 days.

 

 

Booking conditions & Cancellation Policy 

- A valid ID or Passport will be needed for check-in.

- Payment of 50% of the total value must be paid at the moment of the reservation via credit card or bank transfer. The remain 50% plus the city tax will be charged on arrival.
- Free cancellation policy within 1 month before arrival.
